Donations of funds are always needed. We estimate that it takes between $7,000.00 and $8,000.00 to get one dog trained, equipped, and working.

Material donations are also accepted. Please contact us to find out if we can use items prior to donating them.

Volunteers

If you live in the Burlington, North Carolina area and would like to volunteer with Public Safety Dogs, Inc. please contact us. We always need people who are willing to lay trails for the dogs. Please keep in mind that we work in all weather conditions except lightning storms. We tell handlers who are coming to train with us to be prepared to be hot or cold (depending on the season), wet, muddy, and possibly even bloody, so it is important to dress accordingly.
